Swiss bank UBS is one of the world’s leading financial institutions, achieving its status on the strength of its service to private, institutional and corporate clients worldwide. Looking to expand its U.S. Wealth Management division, the firm sought to enhance its Online Services site. The aim: to build customer preference and loyalty by further improving the performance of the portal.

Brandlogic was engaged to provide a new website that would drive results for UBS. The end-to-end project included audits, customer research, competitive positioning development and the creation of a new user experience.

The new site delivered on all fronts. After its relaunch, the UBS Online Services generated increased client loyalty, increased customer satisfaction, achieved a #1 industry ranking in usability and helped significantly grow assets under management for UBS. The success of this project also led to a sustained partnership with Brandlogic, covering a series of other web projects, such as user experience transformation for UBS extranets and applications.
