Today, patients want to be more engaged in their own care and well-being than ever, and we’re helping. Brandlogic built a compelling brand for wellQ Alerts, an innovative reminder service that keeps them on the path to better health.

Technology is at its best when it gets used in creative ways to improve people’s lives. With so many people carrying cell phones and interested in taking greater responsibility for their health, Alliance Data saw a significant opportunity. It devised wellQ Alerts, a new mobile service that offers reminders and information to help patients proactively manage their own care, delivered over a device they already own.

Brandlogic was instrumental in turning this great idea into a powerful new brand. We brought clarity and focus, helping to refine the service offering and articulate the patient value proposition. With this important strategic work in hand, we built a brand platform that included the wellQ name and an appealing, visually compelling identity.

Following a successful brand pilot, the wellQ Alerts service was introduced in several U.S. markets through major pharmacy channels. The success of the WellQ service and brand is evidenced both by an increase of nearly 14% in enrolled patients’ adherence to prescribed treatments (an increase above targeted levels), and by an increase in participating customers’ satisfaction with their pharmacists from approximately 60% to nearly 90%.
